I loved Watamote, obviously. The anime follows the comics pretty closely, but I'd still say I prefer the manga if only because the author's illustrations are amusing. That, and the manga continues on well past where the anime ends. This is the first series that I've felt compelled to buy the books of as they are released.

Unrelated: is there any particular reason there's no cheap way to buy Evangelion (other than the movies)??? Seriously, I absolutely love that show but I'm simply not dropping $300 on DVDs.

Because it's been out of print for a while. Japan is getting a Blu-ray release though, so maybe we'll see one too.

Dissapointed that there are no more Gugure Kokkuri-San episodes. I was really enjoying keeping a stock of premium cup-ramen in an unused cupboard, but without Kohina expressing the virtues of them, I think I have to stop eating them so often.
I'm re-watching The Melancholy of Suzumiya Harui off blu-ray with season 2 which I haven't seen yet in the correct order - I hear it's kinda not-so-good, but I'm looking forward to the movie(s?), and I've only seen a bit of the -san series.
GITS-Arise was really enjoyable. Sadly, even tho I got it a couple of months ago, my Logikoma model sits un-assembled in a box. Anyone wanna assemble it for me?
Space Dandy was great - I got my niece a Meow hat for Christmas.
Thinking about watching Steins Gate.
Can't bring myself to watch Bayonetta Bloody Fate - It it any good at all?

I just finished watching the first half of Stardust Crusaders, which is the third part to JoJo's Bizarre Adventure. The second half of SC is currently being released, and I'm gonna wait until it's closer to finished before I get back into it.

JoJo was fun over all. Stardust Crusaders has not been as interesting so far as the first two parts, mostly because the characters weren't as fun.

In the meanwhile I'm going back right now and re-watching all of Avatar the Last Airbender, then I'll be watching The Legend of Korra from start to finish. I haven't been keeping up with Korra, but I've been buying all the DVD's as they came out with the intention to watch it all in one fell swoop. The final book 4 DVD is coming out in March, so now should be just the right time to go through all of it. I'm continually being reminded by how amazing Avatar is now that I'm watching it again for the first time in a few years, and it's doing a good job of hyping me up for Korra.

I rewatched Trigun and while the rather inconsistent character drawings were more noticeable, I still think that show is fantastic. Also, I might have counted wrong, but the cat is in every episode!

Accidentally i saw the newer version of Fate Stay night on crunchyroll. I say accidentally because i though it was the original from 2006 and this one is based, i think, on a what if/alternative story of the novel. Either way Unlimited blade works, the series not the movie, is very good. The narrative is engaging and the animation is great the original from 2006 is OK at first i was gettin a bit bored by it but after 4-6 episodes i was in... i still prefer the newer one, the second half will be start at april, but the original is still good and a nice prototype i guess.

Also watch the UBW if you enjoy anime where there's none or barely any fanservice, and by fanservice i mean sudden camera angle where the ass of some girl is the main focus of the shot
