Can confirm that this still doesn't work. Although I believe it uses the camera a lot so that makes sense.
Did you refresh the start up screen and check your network making sure your online, also try a few times after this to make sure.

Ys gave me trouble at first and then I refreshed everything and it took.

Really? Were you using physical or digital?

I've been using this site to shape my purchases: http://vitareviews.net/playstation-tv-c ... h-america/

It seems to suggest that digital works but I'm not sure about physical copies.

Thanks for testing all of those games!

The Sly Collection in particular is one that I'd buy if working. Almost picked up a copy just to test myself - but guess I'll wait a bit longer.

A few of the games "rumored" to work seemed sketchy, so I'm not surprised.
Just getting Ys is a huge win in my book - anything beyond that is gravy.

Ok yea I not 100% sure on Walking Dead 2 anymore and don't have it to test either. Season one physical does work, they are both up for DL though. For Sly Collection be aware buying used that part 3 is a download voucher.

Boo! (Thanks for the heads-up. Only available used locally, so if I buy I'll find somewhere to grab a full copy.)

I decided against the purchase on a PS Vita TV because I am indecisive as hell.

But I purchased Borderlands 2. Loved it on PC and the proposition of playing borderlands on the go (i.e. lying down or in the can) is a plus for me. It has 2 of the 4 DLC campaigns that mattered as well. $17 new.

Unfortunately the reality of that game will probably make you very very sad.

I got like halfway through the Vita version. Forced my way there to be honest. It's not a good game on Vita - and it's not like the Vita couldn't have done it better looking at stuff like Killzone and such.

Borderlands is solid for the Vita library just not compared to the consoles whatsoever. I played it on the PS TV and does have its fair share of problems, glitchy and buggy with the cross hair aim and enemy AI otherwise was still fun anyways. I'm just opting to get the Handsome Collection so I let it go, what's nice is Vita you don't need PS+ to play online with anyone. If you get a chance grab Killzone that's awesome game all around and there is add on DLC "Botzone" so you will always be able to play MP if the servers get taken down.

Still having trouble making the PS TV purchase, lol.
If your ok playing on a handheld your missing nothing, see I like the TV screen and despise handhelds so it's a must. I keep my Vita for certain games, travel and blackouts mainly. :)

Also if you haven't Persona 4 and Senran Kagura are must haves.

I am going in with BL2 as a separate game in terms not comparing it to consoles or PC. If I do that then I run into problems. Treat it as if it it it's own game.

Persona 4 is owned my friend! Awesome game so far!

Borderlands will be coming today or tomorrow. I also noticed that it is on sale for $11 and change on Amazon now so for $12 with tax it's worth a shot.

I also just went and purchased Child of Light. Its a physical release for a digital game and Amazon as a seller has only 3 (now 2) left. When Amazon is out then the prices from third party sellers tend to go up for niche, limited run games.

Edit: Borderlands 2 came in. Download codes for the included DLC expire May 6, 2016. So if you somehow purchase this game after that date the included add-ons is not actually included.

Second edit: so I put down 2 hours of Borderlands 2. After playing on the PC for 150 hours at 1080p60 maxed out I have to say it's serviceable. With the 250MB patch it is playable. I had to change out the sprint to triangle and melee to circle and made the touch pad almost non-existent (the default triangle and circle I don't really use). Since I made the change I enjoyed it more.

Anyone notice that a Luminous Arc arc game was released on Vita in Japan?
