So what have you guys been watching lately?

The only reason I ever tried to watch TNG was for LeVar Burton, but he was much more awesome on Reading Rainbow.

Is anyone watching The Man in the High Castle? My friend was telling me about it last night, so basically Wolfenstein? haha, sounds really cool though. I guess it's yet another interesting story based off of a Phillip K Dick work?

I REALLY want to watch it if I ever get off my JRPG kick. My mom's reading the novel on which it's based, and she's really enjoying it. I may borrow that from her when I finish reading Bernie Sanders's book.

Xeogred wrote:The funny thing about early TNG is how Ryker was pretty much the main focus most of the time. Then... season 3 hits and in no time, Data, Worf, and Geordi completely overshadowed him, despite Ryker's unstoppable waistline that kept expanding. In the end it would be a toss up between Data and Worf for my favorite character, though Picard had lots of incredible episodes as well.

I watched Lexx for its hot babes to be honest.

Same here.
Back in grade school/jr high!

The blonde girl in Xena was my favorite back in the day.

Dude, I've been watching the first season of Xena lately. What a fantastically awful and simultaneously wonderful show. Love it.

Speaking of TNG, my Ouya is one of my favorite consoles in my collection not because it's an Ouya but because Levar Burton signed it. 8)

It sucks in my opinion. The setting is awesome as well as some of the side characters. However the main story is a drag and the lead characters are horribly boring.

Probably will not bother watching the second season.

Agreed, though it's had some ups and downs. The most recent episode I didn't like as much as the previous two. I realize the need to continue building upon the world, to show that their lives continued during the downtime, and to fill Scully's backstory, but I actually really liked the monster and wanted to see more of it. Plus there was one line at the end of the script that just made me cringe when I heard it.

Oh, when that first guy got killed? I declared, "Well, that's disarming," and my girlfriend nearly kicked me out of the room.
