Boy, did I luck out today! Over the weekend a friend sent me a messenger saying someone he knew was selling games. When we all met today, the fellow had quite a bit of games but these are the ones I ended up buying from him! Since this was in Mexico, I had to pay pesos but it was still worth it! I paid $1,400 for the lot. Which is about $74 US dollars. His individual prices were decent and I've been wanting a kid icarus for a while now. I'm a happy collector!

I still need to snag DOA: Last Round at some point. I just don't want to fork over much for it. :P

WiiU Fit Meter - $2.00 Walmart Clearance
Probably never use this, but at only two bucks brand new CIB. A cheap pocket version compared to the more powerful fit watches; I think this can be used on its own as a Pedometer calorie burn monitor?

Image

Wii Mini Ninjas - $5.00 BookOff
Spotted a crisp copy at my favorite Retro Store, kind of hard to find let alone CIB at Gamestop.

PS2 AC DC Fan Pack - $5.00 Walmart Clearance
Where is Metal Jesus! The same Walmart had four of these, each had a back room inventory sticker stuck on the package. An employee must have found the old PS2 packs buried in receiving and put them on the clearance table. Not a huge fan of the guitar games, but this is sweet for the bonus DVD and T-Shirt! A nice surprise upon opening up the DVD of the 1996 concert, a concert booklet inside.

The PS2-PS3-360-Wii game fan packs are actually inexpensive online, get it for the extra stuff cheaper then sold separate!

PS2 NTSC-J Bio Hazard Veronica with Bonus OST - $7.00 BookOff
Already own Dreamcast and PS2 US versions, bought for the bonus soundtrack.

Image

PS2 NTSC-J Xenosaga Episodse III - $7.00 BookOff
The U.S. version is pricey, jumped on this import. Though no English subtitle option, perhaps a ppf language file out there for installing to PS2 hard drive? The U.S. version had some censorship so the import worth getting.

Rogue One Star Wars Special Edition - $29.99 $27.99 Target
Two bucks cheaper at Target site, the store price matched it. Have all the Star Wars series so far, but was disappointed on Force Awakens. Based on reviews of Rogue One and collecting the entire series, decided to jump on the newest of the Star Wars.

Always a tough call which store has the best extras, either Best Buy Tin Case or Walmart custom slip cover with two Topps cards or choose Target with its exclusives? The decider for me was not really the "postcards covers" but the Target exclusive bonus DVD with extra footage of the Creature Shop and Digital Storytelling.

The Target version 5 disc are already appearing on Ebay for ten bucks more! Target usually has neat exclusives (see Family Guy), get this at the store at the lower cost while still available. Note the front cover does not clearly mention the bonus exclusive DVD inside.

"Stay on Target!"

Maybe one day pick up a 3d Bluray player, for now can watch the regular Bluray or DVD. Target the best choice for Rogue One; a thicker Bluray quad fold case with "Metroid Trilogy" style sleeve holding FIVE discs! 8)

Target Exclusive: 5-disc set includes collectible packaging with interchangeable character covers and exclusive bonus content (Blu-ray 3D + two Blu-ray + DVD + DVD exclusive content – 2 additional video bonus features + Digital HD + collectible packaging)

Best Buy Exclusive: 4-disc set with exclusive SteelBook packaging (Blu-ray 3D + two Blu-ray + DVD + Digital HD + SteelBook packaging)

Walmart Exclusive: 3-disc set with exclusive K-2SO packaging and two Galactic Connexions trading discs (two Blu-ray + DVD + Digital HD + K-2SO packaging + two Galactic Connexions trading discs)

I had seen a tweet that Five and Below was going to have Battleborn for PS4 and XBO so I popped in last night and sure enough, two huge piles. At the bottom of the xbox pile I spotted something different - a lone Call of Duty Modern Warefare 3 w first wave of DLC included. $5 a piece so easy grabs.

Walmart was clearancing it in a lot of stores a short while ago. I picked a copy up for $7.

Here is a link to check walmart inventory in your area.

Yeah, I know, I looked for it but no dice. Only Walmart that lists it is my hometown one, for $7, but it's out of stock. :P

Found this Hori fighting stick and the stack of games at the local thrift today. Didn't even research the Hori stick but I figured I couldn't be doing too bad for 5 bucks. I don't know much about sticks but it feels pretty solid and clicky/looks good to me.

And don't worry the games weren't 6.99, there was a half off special lol

Hori has a reputation for building solid quality peripherals. Good score, fly like a bird.

Bought all this via Craigslist for $50.

2 DC's, 5 memory units, 7 controllers, 2 power cords, 1 RF adapter hookup. Tomb Raider: TLR and MK: Gold were included. And this being the DC, the guy also gave me about 10 burned games, not pictured.

One of the DC's GD-ROM drive isn't working. Haven't looked at it enough to figure out what's the issue. Everything else works. Just all needs cleaned up along with some TLC.

You can buy replacements for that OEM or a SD card slot so you can just run copies.
