What are you playing?
Re: What are you playing?
I've been playing Star Ocean IV on the PS3. I really dug the second game. The first and third, not so much.
This one is pretty good, the sprint mechanic bothers me though, and moving small distances seems really clunky. Plus, if you're into this sort of thing, there's 1000's of collectibles, although it seems like half of them are missable, and you'd pretty much need to be reading along with a guide. I stopped trying to get everything I could about an hour in.

I just realized Thunder Force III should be played on Maniac. Think I'm going to try and conquer that again, but wow Thunder Force IV is a real beast on that difficulty. Mid bosses suddenly start at the beginning of some stages, enemies do new attack patterns (especially bosses), it's nuts.
I still can't really get into Thunder Force II, as much as I want too those overhead stages kill it for me.

Beat the 3rd and 4th dark world dungeons in Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. 3rd dungeon (in the swampy woods) sucked big time while the 4th dungeon was super easy.

Watching the playthrough of Final Fantasy 8 on youtube while I have the game on my PSP, that's right I'm cheating because I suck at this game and get lost easy lol! No wonder this game has high replay ability.

GoldeneEye Wii. It's quickly becoming one of my favorite first person shooters of this generation.

speaking of Civilization V, I downloaded that game and been trying to get back into it and end up shutting myself out everytime I turn it on..lols1mplehumar wrote:Midnight Goldeneye sessions with a splash of CIV V.
I like to play as Napoleon, I like to play in his era as well during the Industrial Age with the war cannons and their infantry units. Got a preference?

I typically play peacefully enough until the WW1/2 era. Then I conquer as much stuff with my mighty armies as I can until the game ends.AdamGomez1987 wrote:speaking of Civilization V, I downloaded that game and been trying to get back into it and end up shutting myself out everytime I turn it on..lols1mplehumar wrote:Midnight Goldeneye sessions with a splash of CIV V.
