Re: Anonymous strikes again
Oh, a new PS3! I wonder what feature they will remove this time. I can't wait to find out.Rurouni_Fencer wrote:http://www.wirelessgoodness.com/2011/04 ... s-the-fcc/

ANOTHER ps3 model? Why? What's the point? Is Sony trying to rebrand the ps3 again?
Also, I doubt that the new ps3 model has anything to do with the current situation. Probably warrants a separate thread.

There are a gazillion PS1 and PS2 models. Doesn't mean anything.AppleQueso wrote:ANOTHER ps3 model? Why? What's the point? Is Sony trying to rebrand the ps3 again?

Re: Anonymous strikes again
Maybe its got beefed up security?
When I think about it, I can only imagine the PS3 looking exactly the same, just with some internal changes, like coding and programming, but what do I know? I just think, on a general level, it'll be the same thing.

I don't have the link handy, but you can contact one of the credit report companies and they'll forward the request to the other two. What happens is if someone tries to open a line of credit using your information for the next 90 days someone will contact you at the info you provide as part of the freeze. Then you can ok or deny the credit.noiseredux wrote:got my email.
what is all this about placing a security freeze on yr credit report?

Re: Anonymous strikes again
The rationale is that the previous models have been CECH-2xxx, while this one is CECH-3xxx
