Hey now, it was a great system. If we were posting a crapton of NES or Gen stuff you wouldn't say that.pepharytheworm wrote:Oh and Gryzor Commodore 64 game over since you love C64 so much
Actually, there will be far more questions from those systems overall.

Neat. Guess I'd better not do any more game over Konami music, huh?pepharytheworm wrote:I was listening to the MSX version and it sounds so much better. i need to get one now. Any one selling a MSX2 and up?

I am just teasing you about the C64 stuff. I am assuming you live in the US. If so its pretty rare to find someone who grew up on Commodore 64 games. I know more childhood friends who had a Turbografx then a C64 and that was two. Guess how many had a Commdore 64......................none.
You aren't perchance from the land of angles. I am not sure where H-town is.
By the way I am looking to get one of those too.

Yes, correct. Wanted to let you guys stew a bit since there was a flurry of answers.Limewater wrote:COntra NES game over
I know you're just teasing. My mother is British, but no, I was born here. I have had a C64 since before the NES came out, and I had several friends with them. I guess it was just the way it was in my area even though I was not in a big city growing up like I am now. My C64 was the first system that I really played the hell out of. And man, the days of coming home from school to see that a box full of mail order goodness from Protecto Enterprises sitting outside the front door was glorious.pepharytheworm wrote:I am just teasing you about the C64 stuff. Vic-20 was my first console. Not a C64 per se, but... it was before I had a NES. I did get a TG16 during its lifetime as well.
