Those Pokemon ones must be worth way more than that. It seems like Pokemon everything spiked in value after the Pokemon Go app came out.
Well and not to mention you've got the people like me who grew up with the series(though I'm not crazy enough to pay the prices people are for some of this stuff because that's bonkers). it's a little sad they're driving up the price like that though....[/quote]
I feel the same way about NES stuff. People were throwing it away in the early 2000's, but lately everyone realized it was cool again so good luck finding a working "toaster" NES for under $60.

Well and i'm not sure I like the front-loader or top loader. Both of them have flaws that don't make it worthwhile unless you're able to do constant maintenance on them. Front has the issue of pins getting out of place/bent and super dirty. The top would be nice if nintendo would've just put composite or something on it. Think i'm honestly better off with my R5 for those home consoles....

Here is the official power supply.
KD-PS5V
http://0397dc3.netsolhost.com/items.asp ... ompany=KEYLooks like there was maybe a document with the specs but the link is broken

.
As for the pokemon games they aren't all that expensive Stadium goes for around $18-20 shipped so it's actually started dropping since it was hitting $25-30 for a while there.

From a local guy who was going through some "buyers remorse" after having spent a massive amount on a whole bunch of imported stuff.
Was fortunate to take these off his hands for less than what I would have paid had I imported them myself.
New/unopened.
Looking forward in seeing how this thing performs.

You got the game gear adapter too? That's so cool. You are one of the fortunate few, Thierry, who can play gamegear games on the TV screen.

Sweet I still want to pick one of those up. Still peeved that the one I snagged off Amazon Warehouse Deals a while back was defective and I had to send it back. System refused to boot and there was no way to reset or update the software without accessing some stupid upgrade code generator that is specific to each console

I think I'd rather have one of those than the Retron 5. And the only reason I really want one of those is savegame backup / dumping of my carts.

Gameboy Goodies Part 2! I know it's seems odd fairly back to back me saying this, but around here, rare to find stuff and such a deal too. Was supposed to rain this morning, but my neightborhood was going to do a sale, 3 people did it (grr) so I rolled out. Happened across another by accident and saw these women at a run off with a few canopies out selling. They had a couple pikachu flap over cases and a 12" Tails plush so I got to wondering, asked if they had any games for the cases or tails. A light pops on in one of their heads, they came out with a box. Below is what was there minus a broken gb earphones (sigh), 3rd party clip on dual led light/mag for the GBC, and a gba sp charger I left with them (she went back looking but couldn't find it.) Got the contents for $15. Obviously silver was dead, yellow wasn't though, but earlier ago I did battery swap replace on the pair.

But no it doesn't end there. I had a miserable few hours rolling around town looking for stuff, last place I went was this old guy I befriended years ago who runs a toy shop who just carried mainly 1960s-90s stuff. He got a collection of G1 Transformers and other stuff in. Finally I have my trio of Insecticons restored. +2 for Shrapnel and Bombshell. But he also got in a really badass mid 70s Shogun Warriors/ Popy GA-78 Dangard 2in1 toy -- other than the wing (usually gone cracked but glued) he's there, all works! Got all 3 for $50. On the way out spotted a boxed up Contra, got curious, he had it at $39, as a friend I told him it was wrong, but because I was honest he let me have it for that so I just went ahead and snapped that up too.
I don't have pics of the toys, if someone cares I can take them for another thread if you're into Shogun Warriors, Machine Robo DX, Voltron (GoLion and Dairugger) as I have a few.
Here's Contra though:

Not sure what I'll do with Contra, my cart has a couple little scratches so I swapped those, but I'm at a loss. I don't need two and I dont' collect paper. Not sure if I'll hold onto all, part, or any of it as it's worth twice what I put into it.
