08-16-16: Some Tuesday finds! Had to go into town and I did a quick morning trip to the fleamarket. Tuesdays are kinda slow but one can still get lucky. I picked up Starwars Obi-wan for xbox for $1.00. The next stall I got for $10 I got a GBA plug, two N64 games a EA wii tennis game and a bluray movie. In the last place, I found, was a genesis 3 base console. It looked okay to me. So I offered the lady $5.00 for it and she took it. I left there, and took a trip to the two thrift stores in town. But it was a bust, so nothing there for me. My next trip was then one of my local gamestops. I did some snooping around but nothing really caught my eye. So I just left with a really inexpensive wii game. Super Monkeyball. I didn't have this one and Its going to get harder to find these complete. So it came home with me. The last place I went to was Target. They had plenty of games clearance and some on sale. I now picked up a copy of Bayonetta 2 ($20.98) and a ps4 RPG Arslan Warriors of Legend ($15.74). I dont even have a wii u yet! But I’m buying bayonetta in case I do get a wii U later. As I took it to the electronics kiosk, the guy who rung it up for me gave me an extra discount! He told me about Target's app 'cartwheel' and that there was a coupon for electronics. He used his phone and downloaded the coupon. and that gave me an extra discount! So I ended up paying in the end $37.39 for both games! His shilling worked. And now I may have to download the app too. target electronics 10% off is good, and every bit helps this cheapass save for more games!

Neat Genesis model 3. I love those little guys. Whatever happened to Majesco? They made a much better Genesis clone than at@games ever did.

They also produced a pretty decent Game Gear as well. I've got their version.

I think they're still publishing stuff, although I know they had a period with some pretty high-profile failures, like Advent Rising.

Wrecked the Wii sections of a few game stops thanks to the B2G1 sale and built a nice little mountain of cheap, but interesting titles for next to nothing. None of the stores knew there was a sale going on till I told them  . Spent just over $50 for these :).

Dude, The Conduit is amazing, and I actually prefer the Wii version of Dead Rising over the 360 version despite the inferior graphics and far fewer zombies on screen. You should definitely hunt down a copy of Conduit 2 and then suffer with me at the lack of an end to the trilogy. It's not quite as bad as the pain I feel over Firefly, but it's close.

Get Conduit Special Edition and Conduit 2 Limited Edition, same SKU price at Gamestop! Neat thing about Wii DLC is the unlock extras listed in the special editions are right on the disc! See my Wii Guide linked below, the OP has indexed links of all the articles.

Special Edition vs Regular Edition

The Special Edition was an exclusive sold only at Gamestop. It includes a different Case Cover and a Limited Edition Art Book, but has the same game disc. The Art Book includes two codes to unlock a new ASE Suit and a new skin for online multiplayer. There is a third code online that unlocks a Drone mode for single player. Since the Special Edition comes with the same game disc, the codes work on either the Special or the Regular version. :D

For my groaning about the Wii over time there's no doubt I have to agree that was a hell of a good variety pick up there. I guess WiiU put things really into perspective with me how far things really could slide sadly as it almost made me miss the thing. So much lately I've seen boxed ones pop up at the Goodwill or elsewhere and really not for much at all...damned temptation it is. Makes me kind of wonder what kind of slim pickings are left in this area for the old system as there are a LOT of GS shops in this town, too many.

Perhaps odd or not me saying this, but I would put my stamp of approval on a good little selection of games if you're after some solid variety if it's not just for buying sake to own things.

Already have special editions of both  . Some of the things I picked up were dups but I couldn't pass them up at that price plus I needed a few titles to keep me in multiples of 3. I just wish DS games were included in this sale one of the game stops up in Ashland has complete copies of Rune Factory and Rune Factory 2 that I wouldn't mind picking up.
