Interesting. Did your research include watching the movie?REPO Man wrote:Researched Halloween 3 recently.

Hated it back when it came out but i kinda like it now for being different. And the box art is awesome. I didn't like it then because of the lack of Micheal Myers but seeing where the series went, it doesn't really matter now.

Got it. I think it’s pretty great, personally. The song counting down the day to Halloween is particularly memorable.

Just finished watching Tales from the Hood 3, which came out today.
While not as good as the first, it is a MAJOR step up from the last one.
In the wraparound, a man and a girl that we are led to believe is his daughter run from "monsters", and while hiding out in an abandoned building in the middle of the woods, the girl tells him scary stories apparently told to her by her mother.
In these stories, a man tries to force a family out of an apartment so as to completely vacate the property for a developer, a racist man in a bunker deals with dwindling sanity and apparent failings of his country, an aspiring singer and her manager attempt to kill and rob an aging opera singer and finally a mugger is forced to experience all the pain he's cause, with each story's results being more disastrous than the last.
Like I said much better than Tales from the Hood 2.
I'm actually hoping we get a Tales from the Hood 4.

Rewatched Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer for the first time in ages. Definitely worth a watch.

Just watched "One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest" for the first time. Fantastic film, kinda slow though.
I partake in psychedelics and recently rewatched Altered States. Would freak me the hell out while tripping, but fun to smoke to.
What was fun to watch was "Up in Smoke" - haven't seen it in a while, and watched it at 4am because I couldn't sleep.

Trainspotting is a great movie, I had a few problems with script opiates in high school and I actually watched it shortly after quitting them. Requiem for a dream made me get big into harm reduction, now I'm the guy with the test kits and all the info on how to do things safely. I don't partake in anything other than smoking weed for the most part now, including alcohol.marurun wrote:Give Trainspotting a watch. Just sayin...
