Now I understand your opinion more. The only production type project he is working on from I can remember is the Swift and Changeable album with Ghostface Killah. Unless I'm missing something?noiseredux wrote: *Massive Information Text Wall*.So I just feel like this album would be way more exciting if it meant some new Doom beats FINALLY.
What are you listening to at the present? (genres helpful)

well he's had a lot of rumor'd projects in the past. But S&C is really the only one that seems like it *might* still happen (this was first announced in 2006 as well). That being said, I'd be willing to be that not all the production on S&C will be new to my ears if/when it finally comes out. But we'll see. It's been under tight wraps for the most part, with "Angeles" ultimately appearing on Born Like This and "Charlie Brown" only being released in snippet form unless you count the non-Doom remix on Wallabee Champ.OldSchool_Boy wrote:Now I understand your opinion more. I have a tape copy of Imaginos from back in the day and want to get it on CD, but for some reason it is hard to find and ridiculously priced.YoshiEgg25 wrote:*BOC*

oh yeah I forgot about that song. I have the mp3 from Stones Throw. I also forgot about "China Town Wars," which probably won't even be on the album. But I have that one too.OldSchool_Boy wrote: Have you heard Victory Laps? Victory Laps (Madvillainz Remix)

I figured you must have heard it. Regarding the other piece of new, hopefully Mic Tyson is worth the wait.noiseredux wrote: oh yeah I forgot about that song. I have the mp3 from Stones Throw. I also forgot about "China Town Wars," which probably won't even be on the album. But I have that one too.

I know! Sean P has a great track record though. How was Random Axe? I missed that one.OldSchool_Boy wrote: I figured you must have heard it. Regarding the other piece of new, hopefully Mic Tyson is worth the wait.

The ending for the HipHopDX review sums up my opinion:noiseredux wrote: I know! Sean P has a great track record though. How was Random Axe? I missed that one.
Random Axe keeps it simple, and as a result, is simply fantastic. Despite its free-wheeling feel, efficient sequencing and a lack of filler show that it's not as random as its title implies.
