What RPG are you playing right now?

Oh wow, I did not know that. I thought only the first two SRPG games came out on the SFC. Wiki notes that the SNES port was canceled, but perhaps they were just referring to the localization.

I wonder how the game compares to the Saturn version (remake?), since there is tons of scaling sprite effects.

The game is pretty damn generic so far, but I am still having a good time with it.

I really don't know what to think of The Last Story. Combat system is a complete clusterfunk. AI seems insanely bad and can I do more than just slap people and shoot things? I hope there's way more to this, like how the hell do I heal, etc.

Last Story sounds good on paper, but after watching quite a few gameplay videos, it is not even remotely a game that would interest me. It doesn't even seem like an RPG.

Just finished shenmue 2 and have been playing munamusa on the wii which is fantastic. I have lots of great games and recently got another boat load of goodies but I think i'll finish xenoblade then start on legend of legaia be fore my wife murders me.

Definitely look into Dust: An Elysian Tail on XBLA if you like that style of game.

Was playing some Xenoblade and was pretty "eh" on it. And then Guild Wars 2 came along and I've put maybe 40 hours into it already. I think I'll just sell my sealed copy of Xenoblade soon, haha.

Was playing Mass effect, now Guild wars 2. have my charr up to level 28.

The original Breath of Fire on SNES. Played BoF3 back when it came out on PS1 and loved it, but never got around to trying out the rest until now.

Pretty good game for a first entry in the series and enjoying it so far.
