I did some Googling and found a source that says that beyond just the driver's license and money, you'll need to be wearing shoes and a shirt to get into the rental place in Germany. Not sure if this helps?

Interesting. Sounds like this is more complicated than originally thought. I wonder if you have to have a pulse?noiseredux wrote:I did some Googling and found a source that says that beyond just the driver's license and money, you'll need to be wearing shoes and a shirt to get into the rental place in Germany. Hilarious. Honda doesn't put V8s in their vehicles, unless your rental company got a Honda Indy car engine and dropped it in a minivan.Luke wrote:"We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Dollars, and young virgins"MrPopo wrote: I feel like a place that didn't require money to rent a car is a major red flag.
I could be alone on this, but having a career that makes you travel a lot and rent cars super rules. My company sent me to a convention and the rental car I requested was unavailable. Instead I got a Honda Odyssey with a V8 engine that purred like a kitten and drove like what I think a Porsche would handle.
Do not "drive it like you stole it", "drive it like it's a rental".
That minivan hauled. Didn't have the acceleration of a corvette, but the wheels on that gal went full o Scooby-Doo and would spin for a few seconds before making motion.
That 250 hp in that heavy vehicle must've been shredding the road! Intense

Man, that odyssey reminds me of my Ford Tempo I had in high school. For the tough Minnesota winters you need a 4WD diesel with a 350 in it and that thing killed it.

I'll be sure to tell a guy I personally know that someone on the Internet thinks he most likely made a fabricated insult.fastbilly1 wrote: Unnecessarily harsh and most likely fabricated insult.

What on earth is happening in this thread? I cannot tell who is trolling who. All I know is I need a Toyota Tercel Diesel 4WD with more or less a hemi in it in order to survive the Duluth-area winters.

Most people I see talking about it online seem to either be unaware that international arbitrariation has existed for decades, oppose to free trade and copyright law in principle or both.fastbilly1 wrote:So Trans-Pacific Partnership anyone?
