Well, bad/good news on this guys. I goofed on this. I counted the votes properly, but for some stupid reason I accidentally wrote Blue Hawk on the schedule. Homura did indeed have more votes. That was on my "won't be able to play list due to no PS2" and now it won. There are ROMs available for CC? I only have a Netbook, so unless I can download it, it's a no-go for me; no CD-ROM.

Holy crap. I just realized the same thing. When my laptop died, I replaced w/a chromebook...and there is no cd-rom drive on this. PC shmups (at least the ones I own) don't have DRM. I just copied the CD contents and put the game back on my shelf.
