Buy 1 Get 1 Free on all Gameboy/Gamegear games less than $5 at local retro store.

Most of them were either sports games, ultra commons or why-do-these-exist games (Mary Kate + Ashley Pocket Planner, NSYNC Get to the Show, etc.), so I grabbed these and it seemed like a good deal. Really wish there was a console that could play Gamegear games on a TV.

I enjoyed Knack from start to finish, I think it gets a pretty hard time from people. It is not a perfect 10 out of 10 game. But it was enjoyable for what it was.

Playing the phone app helps unlock some of Knacks powers way faster, if you have a smartphone, play the little game.

I picked up Geometry Was Galaxies Wii for less than $3 from Gamestop last night. I've he it before awhile ago. Loved it and can't wait to go through it again.

Nice! Games such as these makes the Gamestop visit worthwhile.

Get the DS version to unlock a whole new level in both games. Only a one time sync is needed. The Wii version plays beautiful with a Classic controller for a twinstick Robotron approach.

Short story, got a great deal on a Wii-U and Smash Brothers. $300 with a $25 Target Gift Card.

Long story:
Target has the Black Friday promotion going on right now, where if you buy the Super Mario 3D Land Bundle, you get a $25 gift card. I thought that was a good deal, but my wife also pointed out that we had a coupon for 15% off anything on our registry that wasn't purchased after our wedding. Sub-spoiler, there wasn't a Wii-U and Smash Brothers on our registry. So she said, well let's try to add them and if it works, it works. If not, still get it.

Went to the store with the printout of the registry and the coupon. Cashier rang everything up, gave me the $25 gift card, and then scanned the coupon. $56 off. Left with a Wii-U and Smash Brothers for $300. My wife is brilliant! I'm not sure why Target lets people add things to their registry after the wedding is over, but I won't complain either.
