^^^
 $30. That's amazing. I really wish we had more flea markets around here. The only local one is completely dried up of reasonable sellers.

The pawn shops in Charlotte are starting to put out games in anticipation of Christmas, and their prices on PS3 and Wii games are even lower than last year! Today, I got the following for $25:

Metal Slug X (PS1; CIB) - $1
Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD Remix (PS3; CIB)- $10
Spider Man Shattered Dimensions (PS3; CIB) - $9
Just Dance (WII; CIB) - $5

(I think my children will really, really like Just Dance...)

They had Knack for $25 and I knew I could prob get it for $20 but I'm holding out for $10

how can they remanufacture the cartridge? I thought it was pretty expensive to do so.

Making custom PCB's, custom replica shells and custom replica snapcases is not cheap, no. Not too mention paying for the hours of game developement.

From the first ever Pittsburgh Retro Gaming Convention last Saturday:

NES
The Untouchables $8
Simon's Quest $11
StarTropics $3
TurboTouch controller $2
QuickShot joypad $2
Black Nintendo game sleeves x10 $5 total

Genesis
Gadget Twins CIB $10
Last Action Hero CIB $5
Superman CIB $13
Samurai Showdown CIB $5

Dreamcast
Phantasy Star Online $8
ATV something or other $2

Master System
F-16 Fighting Falcon $5

They had a complete copy of Snatcher there for $230. There was a slight chip on the CD but the game played perfectly they said. This game is my white whale and definitely the only crazy-priced game I legitimately want. I just couldn't bring myself to pay that much for one game though, which I only realized once I had the chance to buy it. Plus if I ever do decide to spend the $ for it I want it to be perfect, not that I had any problem with their price. It was more than fair given the condition.

Side note: my username and the name of that game is pure coincidence honestly haha

Still very happy about this, may not be the best deal but it does include everything(including the cloth map, book, and all 4 discs) for 57.16. Even if it has some battle damage from over the years from the previous owner, it's a lot better condition than my zelda games(which a protective case might be in order :| )

(on a side note: any tips on regluing the cardboard back into place on the front? I feel like I'm going to accidentally make it come all the way undone or something else will)

Passed this up the other day but it still happened to be at Restore today when I went back so I decided to pick it up for $1. Looks like a pretty decent flight sim and apparently is one of the more "valuable" games in my physical pc collection now.
