I tried to give this guy a chance, I really did. We were going to trade a few things, but based on someone else's negative experience with him (a few pages back in this thread), I requested that he send me his end of things first and then I'd send mine. He accepted this and said, "i am going to send it either today or tomorrow." That was on September 8th. Today is just after midnight on the 19th, so about a week and a half after "either today or tomorrow". His last sign in was on the 9th. I PMed him quite a few times, so I do think I have given him a fair chance.

He didn't screw me over, but he wasted a week and a half of my time after specifically telling me only 1-2 days. The other complaint on him had to do with about a month's wait due to him improperly labeling the package, but blaming it on the postal service.

edit: he got back to me on 19 September, saying that he lost his internet. Still, there are generally other means of checking the internet. Since no harm was done, I'm changing the initial -1 I gave him to a zero and leaving this post here as is.
