Thanks for a reminder. Ordered a copy of it that should be region free. I used to be really into gory horror flicks but then at some point i kinda stopped watching them but i've been getting real nostalgic for them lately and i even ordered A Nightmare on Elm Street blueray collection yesterday (seven movies for less than 20e)

Enjoy the sink scene. We used to use a DVD release of the Blob remake as a way to test our AV systems when I worked at Auburn University. Good times.

You all can avoid The Fly II though. It is forgettable.

Fuck this movie. I don't have the energy to go into everything wrong with this film other than everything is wrong with this film. My god it sucks. It's not just terrible. It's insanely stupid. Oh, BTW the robot from Prometheus is the bad guy who created the Aliens because of robot boner. Gee willikers shocker. Also stupid. Your damn right I spoiled it. Fuck this film.

I'm worried Blade Runner 2 is going to be horrendous, but at least Ridley Scott isn't directing it himself... which is probably a good thing at this point.

I think I've finally come to realize that when someone calls a movie "horrible" they mean "it did not exactly match up with my predefined expectations that would be considered inflated if I did some introspection". I mean, Ack is well known for watching tons of schlock and he doesn't call any of them horrible.

I had zero expectations. I watched the film on a whim. I didn't know what to expect so I had zero expectations. I knew nothing about it coming in other than it exists.

I don't know how you can keep defending Covenant so hard Popo, lol. I went in ambivalent about it too but there was no charm and nothing redeeming about it. I have no energy to elaborate anymore on it at this point. Halloween III is better.

Robot man kills the woman he is in love with to make aliens because of robot boner or something. Cliche robot thinks it's superior to humans so humans must die and double cliche a robot in an Alien film is the bad guy, triple cliche the good guy robot not shown killing bad guy robot so when "good" guy robot shows up...gee wiz it's actually bad guy robot,never saw that coming except everyone did because it's far too obvious. This film pretends to be smart but greatly insults its audience. Yeah, that's shit. Flat out shit. Shit. Shit. Shit. Shit. Pile of fucking horse puke, liquid green pig shit cocktail.
