I've always used MS paint. Attributes, then adjust accordingly.

My Avatar stays the same until Tim Tebow reveals he is in fact not a virgin.

Once that happens, I'll switch to a Justin Beiber, (or is it Bieber?) theme. Cause that guy rocks.

Mine will change when I get tired of it. But I figured since it is a heavy Sega site, I might aswell have a Sega avatar.

Don't think I'll change my current one anytime soon, but I used to switch up about once a month.
