I've been collecting for quite a stretch of time now. And always been hampered by my geographic location. You don't want to know what I've paid in shipping fees. :(
I guess I'd say my "peak" collecting periods were from about '07-'09, and '12-'13.

Thanks for saying the collection impressed you. The truth is though, as I've said on prior occasions, mine is a drop in the ocean as compared to even other collections here.

If you're looking for a "wow look at that ultra rare or mint complete set of items", chances are you won't find it here.
Mine is more a scattershot type effort in attempting to cover a widish range of console systems.

Circuit City declared bankruptcy in the second half of 2008, leading up to it, however, the stores appeared starved. Even when they were clearancing inventory out (for four years before finally being gone), the inventory available wasn't particularly desirable.

So, I was just a bit surprised that during the height of Wii-mania, they had them.
