I've played quite a bit of Borderlands 2 today. I still love the series and B2 has become my go to game whenever I'm not sure what I feel like playing. I'm using the Gunzerker at the moment.

I'm looking forward to Borderlands 1.5 the pre sequel or whatever it's called.

Playing through dkc on gba. So far I'm at cart carnage. Gnawty was a piece of cake(though I remember when I was younger having more trouble with him). It feels like i just jumped as he started coming my way and he went down. if only I was more lucky with cart carnage....I freaking suck at this level....

Played Link's Crossbow training last night. Damn this is a fun game, and it's right up my alley. I can't fathom why it gets so much hate.

Agreed. I had a ton of fun with this game. It's really short, but as a pack in game with the zapper, who cares?

I never make it to the end of an eighty-hour game anyway. It's no trouble to me if the game is short.

I am not sure people hate it, but it is definitely a very well hidden gem in the Wii's library.

.....

I am still playing Return Fire (3DO/PS1) for the summer gaming challenge. The game is best known for its competitive multiplayer mode, but I am playing the single-player campaign, which is like tower defense in reverse. (That is, the enemy has "towers" trying to prevent my "army" of three helicopters, three tanks, three ATVs, and three jeeps from capturing its flag.) The game started out good enough, but it is becoming unduly difficult, frustrating, and time-consuming as I approach the end. I have only a few more maps to go, however, and if I clear one each day, I should beat the game by the end of the week.

I caught a lot of flak for buying this game. I think I'll post the story in the gamestop good bad ugly thread.

It is amazing to me that someone would give you flak for buying a game - much less a Nintendo first-party title - that costs $1. You don't exactly have to squeeze a lot of enjoyment out of the game to get your money's worth.
