I worked an overnight shift from 10pm to 7am, but my manager was 40 minutes late so I didn't get home til 8am, and I was supposed to come back at 4pm to work til 11pm. Luckily I don't have to come back til 7 after moving shifts, but holy shit I can't believe my manager expected me to do that. My sleep schedule is fucked and I have school tomorrow, these overnight shifts on the weekends are tough.

Found this locked briefcase while cleaning the attic. By "found" I mean it was squirreled away in a far corner. It's not mine and I don't know how it got there. There's some heft to it - something's inside - but I don't have the combination to open it properly. May take a crowbar to this thing later.

Hahaha nah. I got the thing open. It's full of money!
No, not stacks of hundreds. A basic coin collection. Coins arranged by year, random foreign currency, a nice stack of $2 bills. Probably all belonged to a kid, judging by the handwriting on the coin folders. Pretty endearing, I had a collection like this when I was young.
The briefcase happened to be behind a box of laminate flooring. Said flooring was left intentionally when the past owners left (I guess so we could have it if we needed any) so it was easy to miss the briefcase. I didn't see it until last night and I've lived here for four years. Anyway, I'm gonna contact the owner.
