It could be a run-off between the two. But I assume in the case of a three-way tie (like it is between Zanac, Dragon Spirit, and Star Soldier), it would indeed go to the person whose nominations those are.

I'd say yes. I wouldn't worry about a tie on yours though, I have confirmation on a few more votes coming in for Sapphire - this gem must be played. BTW, Barnes got his copy of Sapphire from me over a year ago and I personally setup the PCE Magic Emulator on his Mac.

In the event of a tie:

1. We hold a Run-Off between the top to vote getters in the category.

2. And, if there is still a tie, after the run-off, then the nominator can pick the game we play.

3. And, if the nominator can't make up his mind, then the dictator can make it up for him.

look, I already offered you one olive branch of compromise by personally voting for your choice for your month, though sadly you did not reciprocate

as a further gesture of goodwill, and given your love of the "gem" Sapphire, I'll grant you permission to take the game from my list of three and put it on yours -giving people 4 choices for your month, and introducing some much needed variety!

Turns out I may have to switch my vote to Sapphire. Unless Dave can offer me something even better. But can he?

Mike promises to look out for my needs and treat me well. An outstanding man that knows what is right for me and for the people. A knack for justice and for button mashing and shooting the bad things. Defending us.

Dave hasn't given me a single thing lately. Tells me to vote for the little guy and promises nothing in return. No reward for my labor. No gratitude. Zero. None.

But I, as a human being, can be bought. Money rules the streets. If you ain't got it, get out. If Dave promises me something even better than what Mike is cooking up I am easily swayed.
