Good luck vatermuzik!

Got these apparently terrible games today as they are one of the harder to find vita games. $7.00 each.

Over the last week I had been chatting with a couple who mentioned that they are looking to sell some old gaming stuff. Today, I was sent a list of the games and it was a complete mash up of superb and sub par; everything from Secret of Mana right down to Madden 93. The guy said that all games would be the same price! He also mentioned that he has lots of systems and accessories for sale and that it would be easier for me to just come over and look through all of the boxes!!!.

I'm seriously excited about this one. They were very honest in saying it's first come first serve and that another guy is sniffing around. Suffice it to say, I already hit the bank and am headed there right after work. Apparently I'm the first one in line. :D :D :D

I'll be sure to update on this after the dust settles.

I would suggest not indicating that you're taking money with you just in case. Leave it in the car somewhere, but not obvious like the glove box. Take a look, if all is legit, agree on a price, put boxes by the door and "head to the ATM down the street for some cash, BRB".

These opportunities don't just present themselves. I missed out on a previous gaming related sale they had made online so I simply asked if they had any more games. We went back and forth a few times, then I then waited a week before they responded with a list. It was quite a process before they would even "open the door" so to speak. I never acted too pushy or anything and thanked them constantly for looking into it for me.

Who knows, this may not work out. We'll see tonight.

Good advice. I certainly let him know that I'm prepared to spend money but I'm going to leave my wallet in the trunk just in case. They actually live a street down from where I grew up so I'm very familiar with the area. I'm also leaving his name and address on a note pad on my work desk just in case anything should happen. Gotta leave some sort of breadcrumb trail.

Sounds like my run to the atm last saturday....I swear she told me 25 before I went and when I came back with the money it was 20 :D Gotta agree with that method. And yeah I know they don't just present themselves but you kinda made it seem that way :P

I think you just perceived it that way. :P Everything looks a lot simpler when typed into a couple of small paragraphs.

This has never happened for me in my time collecting. That's why I'm so excited about the possibility.

Anyway, we'll see if it actually pans out or not.

So yeah, purchased this for 131...probably would've spent more than that to find the copy of Dark Mansion, the case, and get a 3ds knowing my luck. Now I just need some other 3ds games until then probably playing a good bit of normal ds games(which that library still needs a ton more games as is just like the gameboy line of stuff I have) until then....

Ok so I just found a Vita and 5 games. They were asking $150. I've got them down to $125. The games are assassins creed 3, asphalt injection, the walking dead, black ops declassified, need for speed most wanted . All games complete with cases, I forgot to ask memory stick situation. So should I pull the trigger? I mean if I don't care for the system I should be able to get my money back out of it with these games I would think. Opinions??

I would go for it. It's a pretty awesome system IMO. Also, it's not AC3 it's a spin-off from the same time period called Assassin's Creed: Liberation, just in case that sways you at all.

Go for it. If you don't like the games, then you can always get rid of them and get some of your investment back.
