I've only heard bad things about Red Sonja and that Conan isn't in it much, but I'll check it out to close this chapter.

Yeah, it's actually not Conan...sorta. Red Sonja was originally meant to be a Conan movie, but then they changed it to focus on its female lead, so the Conan character became "Lord Kalidor." It's effectively Conan, only not. The movie does take place during the Hyborian Age though.

I'm currently watching Red Sonja... multi tasking since it definitely seems a bit boring. I'm assuming Arnold was too busy for a main role here by this point or something?

Red Sonja the comic was also first introduced in the Conan comics. I have never seen the movie, but I enjoy the Red Sonja comics.

Man that movie was dreadful. The acting was on another level of bad. Just straight up reading lines.

I liked this, a lot. My friends and I were definitely surprised by this one. Watched it dubbed. I'm cautiously optimistic about FFXV itself but basically had little to no interest in this, but my friend had it available so we checked it out. And wow. I really enjoyed it and am now a lot more pumped for FFXV. Sure, there's not tons of substance, but I think it did its job in setting up the main conflict for the game to follow.

Hated both Spirits Within and Advent Children, but this was pretty cool.

Yeah believe me, I wasn't expecting what I got at all. But I embraced it and was surprised.

The only potential downside, is that I liked the main dude Nyx a lot... a rugged adult male character, but we're going from that to typical Asian bishonen pretty boy Noctis. So I hope this doesn't doom my reaction to the bros in the actual game.

Also, there was two nods to FFVI (one insanely hilarious but my friends and I loved it), and Ultima Weapon was basically in this.

Definitely the weakest of Marvel's Avengers blockbusters. A thought also came to me, why do these idiots keep punching and kicking each other if such physicalities fail to even incapacitate anyone?

The real question is, why do you keep watching these movies when it's clear you don't enjoy them? Job duty? Masochism? The flickering flame of eternal hope?
