U.S. Saturn game cases are just awful. I'm thinking about not worrying if a saturn game has its case and manual. They're kind of nice from a collecting perspective, but I just end up putting the disk in a smaller case anyway, and stashing away the original case and manual.

For most systems I don't like to buy incomplete games, but...saturn cases are so annoying and nearly useless. The manuals slide out, the cases seem scratch prone, the hinges break, and the things are huge.
Since this signature affects old posts, I'm leaving a message here in case anyone searches for my username. This account died in early 2013. I am no longer a fundamentalist.

Don't add to my problems by pretending my past views are still held in the present. I do not have any patience for that. Feel free to ask me what I think now.

I see...

I guess that explains a lot...
It explains that my SAT scores and my entrance essay were so badass that they let me graduate college regardless.

lmao, even batsugun goes for over $80 on ebay. I think I may have looked up 6 or 7 good shooters for the Saturn in this price range. What an expensive hobby I've chosen

Here's a really strange dream that feels like a blast to the future. ( this was before the 360 came out )

During the time of the x-box, I was having this dream called an xbox 150 and the odd thing was that it was an updated version of the xbox, the system itself was more of a silver coated box and when the graphics played..it was like comparing a PlayStation with a Sega Saturn in terms of how much better the graphics were with the Xbox to this fictional xbox 150 ( that reference of playstation to sega saturn comparison was a reference in my dream )

And the game that was being played was Sonic the Hedgehog, and it looked somewhat like the 2006 version along with a racing game that was also being played.

A lot of my dreams about work take place in dystopian future-esque locales....except the one time it was a resort -- but all of the clothing stores were over-priced.

Indeed, early PSX box cases were kind of ugly too and Sega CD ones were just as bad as Saturn. Actually I have no idea what Sega CD cases were like in Japan? Wonder if they were just normal jewel cases like the Satrn was there...
