Historically speaking, the Falcons are one of the worst teams in the NFL, and their record this year is horrendous. No surprises at all.mjmjr25 wrote:I was pretty sure they'd shred Atlanta - no surprises here.dsheinem wrote:OMG![]()

Funny enough, yesterday was my girlfriend's birthday, and I bought her a tin of Garrett popcorn that had the Bears logo, as that is her preferred team.

And with how good Baltimore has looked, think about how close the Browns were to winning that game. Seeing them punch Pittsburgh in the mouth was really nice. Throwback to the 80s.SpaceBooger wrote:How bout them Browns?
Football's been entertaining again in Northeast Ohio.

Yeah, but they call it Garrett Mix now because they apparently got sued over calling it Chicago Mix.Luke wrote:You are a great boyfriend.Ack wrote: Funny enough, yesterday was my girlfriend's birthday, and I bought her a tin of Garrett popcorn that had the Bears logo, as that is her preferred team.

Read about that on the Tribune. So silly.Ack wrote: Yeah, but they call it Garrett Mix now because they apparently got sued over calling it Chicago Mix.
For those not in the know, Garrett is (or once was) a Chicago owned company that arguably makes the world's best popcorn. Mind blowing popcorn.
The Chicago mix is one part carmel popcorn, one part cheddar popcorn. Sounds weird, tastes like heaven. They are the Fannie May (not be confused with the financial group) of popcorn.
On topic, I was on the horn with my Mother during the end of the Panther's game. Heard my Father let out a loud "Awwwwwwwwwwwww NUTS!" and figured the Panther's skunked another one. Which they did, but I didn't know until this morning that the game ended in a tie.

From Twitter...
RT @mikefreemanNFL: Seahawks team source: "Percy didn't want to be here. We accommodated him."
He didn't want to be on the Vikings either. And now he doesn't want to be on a winning team, the defending champs? Cuckoo... cuckoo...

If that's true he's crazy, fans loved him and he's barely had time on the field (due to injuries). Weird.
