Now that the PSP is on its last legs and most games are super cheap, PSP features (rare, valuable, cheap, hidden gems, defining games, etc) would be really cool. I plan to buy a ton of PSP games this year while they're cheap so that would be a good help.

A male/female indicator somewhere by the avatar would be nifty too.

It would seem redundant to me. People indicate their gender with the messages they write.
Maybe now Nintendo will acknowledge Metroid has a fanbase?

Besides simply telling everyone what gender you are, how do people indicate their gender by their messages? Please explain.

Personally, I don't think gender matters at all on the internet, unless we are talking about a gender specific issue. Unless you are meeting someone offline to fuck them, what difference does it make anyway?

Most people can tell by the writing style, tone, and interests of the poster.

See, I could have told that Inazuma had written this post even if it had been done anonymously. That's similar to how people can tell the gender of someone without being specifically told.

Well, I'm new and I don't know anyone yet. I don't think it could hurt. It doesn't really matter when you're talking about games, I suppose. I didn't really start using the internet for anything other than eBay until about two years ago, so I'm pretty used to knowing people's genders.

Every now and then Izzy says something I agree with. He says it in a manner far more off-the-cuff and colorful than I would have, but the sentiment is the same.

I just assume that everyone is gamer gendered until they say otherwise. Gender is rarely of any concern on this board and I think most of us prefer it that way.

I don't think we need to know people's genders on the forum. Seems a little creepy to me.
Since this signature affects old posts, I'm leaving a message here in case anyone searches for my username. This account died in early 2013. I am no longer a fundamentalist.

Don't add to my problems by pretending my past views are still held in the present. I do not have any patience for that. Feel free to ask me what I think now.

We only have a few females, or at least those that have identified themselves as such. Some may not want others to know for privacy reasons. I don't think it really matters much anyway. We're here to talk about games, not create romances, no matter how many times budsmoka's fabulously terrible advice thread is brought up. People can put it in their profile if they want to.

If you want to hedge a guess, you'll be right most of the time if you guess male though. :P

If your background setting is Subsilver 2 then you can see the pic below in a full image. The default Racketboy background results in a reduced image.
This is an issue with the Subsilver background then. There should be auto size reducing for anything that breaks the margins - to help with people who view the site on smartphones.

From the Video Finds Forum, Thanks for the Reply fastbilly1. A good ideal to resize images to make it easier to read the posts. However, Attachments are still full sized unless inside a spoiler, maybe they can be reduced too? However, is it possible to allow full sized images under the Spoiler Show button? This would come in handy for viewing a direct detailed pic right in a post such as the PCB Trace example I posted earlier. This gives a reader the discretion to read a post then see a blown up pic without click a link to load another page.

Why is everyone so averse to middle clicking a link to open a new tab for a video or a large picture?
