I originally was thinking of modding my Model 1, but I thought it would be too much of a hassle. So I found a Model 2 in an old pawn shop, the model 2 was covered in thick white dust inside out, so I oferred $5 for it and it the clerk sold it to me. I took it home and thoroughly cleaned it inside out and used 4 airsol cans. It is now mint and works UNBELIEVABLY amazing. It looks liek it will last for a decade or 2.SpaceBooger wrote:That is what has scared me away from modding my model 1...jay00 wrote:Man... That would be very time consuming and difficult, unless you have profound engineering skills.elvis wrote:Another Model 1 owner here. Considering doing the mod anyway, even with the extra difficulty.
When I got my mod chip in the mail I took one look at it and thought to myself "It would be nearly impossible to mod the Model 1" Because the chip is so damn small and it just looks impossible to re-modify the chip for the model 1. Whoever has modded a model 1... ...You have some serious skills. That's all I have to say.
