The only way to deactivate the ray beam and fight back the vampire alien threat is with a complicated series of foot patterns on the device's control board that looks remarkably like a DDR pad. We will all praise this man for saving our lives and buy him a mountain of stuffed animals.
Re: I think I just broke my toe.
I don't think I've ever broken any bones.
The reason I say 'think' is because I just don't know. I had one pretty gnarly accident when skateboarding when I was younger. Skating on a 10 stair rail. No problemo, landing it pretty consistently. So in my infinite wisdom I decide to crookslide down it. Now if any of you guys have played Tony Hawks or skateboard in real life you know what one is. It's like a 5-0 but on your front trucks but with a 45 degree twist frontside. So basically your front foot looks crooked. Hence the name.
Suffice to say. I fucked it up. Landed with all my weight on my ankle at a severely odd angle. Next thing I know, I can't feel my foot at all. I'm miles away from home and don't know where the nearest hospital is. So I decided to skate home, with an ankle that doesn't want to move and is sort of at the end of my leg at a funny angle. I don't know if it was the adrenaline or whatever but I couldn't feel a thing, I knew I had hurt myself because it was swollen up like a tennis ball on my ankle.
So I got home, and just rested for a bit. All of a sudden the fucking worst pain I have ever felt in my entire life. Searing pain from my ankle. I just thought shit. I must've sprained it pretty bad. Got some frozen peas from the freezer and sat with them all night.
I couldn't walk for weeks, but stubborn old me just refused to go to the doctors. I wish I had now. Because ever since then whenever I walk my ankle clicks. So without shoes on you can just hear me walking. click. click. click. click.
It sucks but It doesn't hurt now. Unless I sprain it, then it hurts like crazy. If I sprained my other foot it doesn't hurt as much, if it at all after a while.
So yeah. Because of my ignorance as a youth, I don't know if I have ever broken a bone in my body.
Which is quite a feat to say I skateboarded for a god 4/5 years when I was younger! I've known people who play Golf who have had more injuries than me.
