Same here, but i was down to 150 for about a year when I first went vegetarian, back it '99.

Also, just cause I'm in the 160-180 lb category, doesn't mean I eat steak. I eat really healthy, I just don't exersize enough! :lol:

6'2" and 185 lbs. I've always been tall and thin but the fat is starting to pile up in my midsection. I've gained a good ten pounds as my metabolism has slowed way down over the last couple of years. I think it's all downhill once you hit your mid 30's.

5'11" 193 lbs.

I work out 1/2 hour five days a week, but I also put away a 3,000 calorie diet every day.

Steak isn't healthy? News to me. I pretty much have to have meat everyday or I get headaches. I always figured it was all the meat and veggies that gave me the respectable (or see: usable) amount of muscle I have, because I've sat on my ass all my life.

6'1" 185 currently but i always gain about 10-15 lbs by the end of the school year. by the end of summer i'll be a lean, mean 170 with a sechsee tan.
