Thoughts on opening out of print sealed (recent) games?

For me it would be an issue of how much I personally value the game. If it's something I want to keep owning I'd open it. If it's something I'd rather have the money for, I'd take the money. Or sell it, buy an already opened version at a lower cost and pocket the extra?

After i finish playing (watching really lol) Quantum Break.. i am going to open R&C and play all three! Beat them on the PS2 back in the day but want to play the remasters before i play the "new" one on PS4
