Not to dissuade fitness goals, but you do realize that ends up being 3 1/3 hours of walking to cover 10 miles at average walking pace, right?
Yeah I work for the post office part time so I have a lot of free time on my hands lol. Just got back from a 2 hour walk in the park . My dog kind of slowed me down though so I only got 5 miles in. Would have stayed for a few more laps but he was pretty worn out and I didn't want him to over do it. Might just take him every other time I go.

Ask your postmaster if you can cover a city route. You might as well get paid to walk, right?
Add more detailed rules, such as the amount of carbs that can be in the diet daily. Reaching the necessary individual vitamins, etc, just to make it more challenging . . .
