I wasn't actually talking about Bill Nye.. More like Brian Cox and his pompous "Science is everything" attitude. DeGrasse Tyson is also cool whenever he's not trying to sell me a movie or documentary :lol: People think they're fans of science if they "liked" a stupid Facebook page, but look at the schools of science in the US. Many students are from places like China, India and elsewhere.

This is unrelated, but related in a different kind of way, and I hope someone enjoys this article http://www.shiftfrequency.com/life-crying-fora-dream As a theist I can respect an atheist argument so long as it's not degrading, but unfortunately many "celebrity scientists" revel in insulting others for what they believe, and of course there are others in the "faith" camp that decry certain scientific discoveries as fraudulent. Humans will always be humans, I guess :wink:
