I think you're thinking of Kronos, though even then he wasn't chopped into pieces. But yes, dear gods above, quite a few of my students had distorted views of the Greek gods thanks to God of War, Disney's Hercules, Xena: Warrior Princess, etc. It's bad.


Don't worry, we complain about hollywood distorting mythology, but most of our students don't have it clear in their mind either.....to be fair, it was the ancient equivelant of the DC Universe continuity, so good luck with that :lol:
