SERIOUS POLL!: Gamecube Super Monkey Ball 1 or 2
Re: SERIOUS POLL!: Gamecube Super Monkey Ball 1 or 2
I'd like to hear from these people who, having played both, think the first Super Monkey Ball game is superior. Please, for the love all all that is holy and simian, explain yourselves.

Well for one thing, I never played Super Moneky Ball 2 which was the other option in this poll.dsheinem wrote:I'd like to hear from these people who, having played both, think the first Super Monkey Ball game is superior. Please, for the love all all that is holy and simian, explain yourselves.
Was this the tie in with Moneky Car Care Centers? George Foreman still going strong?
Oh right.... SERIOUS POLL!

Re: SERIOUS POLL!: Gamecube Super Monkey Ball 1 or 2
God, I remember the first time turning on Monkey Ball and just feeling... half awesome, half icky seeing the Sega logo on a Nintendo system.
Anyway, I haven't played either in a while, but that game was way more about mini-games than it was about the main game. My favorite was Monkey Target, and I remember liking the first version significantly better than the second, so there's my vote.
Plus, y'know, Monkey Boxing.

If you are SERIOUS and not just pointing out the typo, then you shouldn't have voted.ExedExes wrote: Well for one thing, I never played Super Moneky Ball 2 which was the other option in this poll.
Pretty sure this is the case.Exhuminator wrote: Pretty sure some of those votes are just to spite you bruh.

This thread is making me feel that I seriously need to replay both Super Monkey Ball games.
I now know what I will be doing later.
P.S. As a side note, does anyone else think it sucks you have to unlock a lot of the mini games? I didn't mind it when I originally owned the games, but when I re-bought a Gamecube 4/5 years ago and started re-building my collection, I remember thinking it was a ball ache.
