A: Quan said over on NG.com that he intentionally tried to pick a name that was so bad it was good (I think he said he specifically wanted a ridiculous acronym?)

B: He said, either on NG or in the comments on the Kickstarter I forget which, that he's tuning the cart grip to be slightly more grippy than the original ZIF but nowhere near the aftermarket death grip. And I don't think the angle was anything severe enough to really make it easier to grip vs parallel... you still have the thumb grip to work with (some variation of it on any type of NES cart, I have at least 1 of each variant style, excluding Action 52 but including Impossible Mission II, both of which are individually unique cart styles)

C: All you crazy people telling others not to get toploaders. Just leaves more for me!

D: I tried boiling for the first time on my best friend's girlfriend's old toaster that she gave to me when she moved out of state. No luck, even with a clipped security pin :( Gonna see if BLW will resuscitate that particular one or if I'm down to 2 toasters instead of 3.
Gunning for a licensed NES NTSC-U set, follow the madness and poverty here!
Cheat sheet of my collection, always looking to increase it. 405/677 licensed games, 46/"95" unlicensed
Chronically out of date BST thread

I may have to try the BLW as I have not had any other luck.
