Yeah just didn't know if windows would freak out if I put it on slave or something like that
(though apparently I do have the recovery discs I just don't know if I have all of them since there are at least 7 since I do have a disc 7
)

The Operating System should be on the master drive, but don't let that stop you. You can always re-install your OS on any drive you please. It's not a bad idea to reformat every few years. I used to reformat every year, but that's overkill these days.
