I just discovered Matt Furniss, who has some pretty good stuff for some terrible games. RoboCop 3 and Adventures of Mighty Max; both for the Genesis.

I only have The Embodiment of Scarlet Devil but I don't like the gameplay of the Touhou series but love the music.
