So good.

I always douse my sausage gravy with red pepper flakes to give it more kick. Still good without it.

This morning I had a banana and some wheat germ with whole milk.

I had a cup o noodle, with way too much garlic powder, at about 3am for breakfast.

Oh yeah, and Vitamin Water. Trying to lower caffeine intake. Ugh.

Did you know that "coffee poisoning" is a real thing? I didn't until yesterday.

I actually had a breakfast today (very unusual). Egg croissant with some turkey and cheese.

I had what has become my everyday breakfast (on workdays). Toasted Pop Tarts and a cup of coffee. This weekend though I have to restock, so I think I'm gonna get some instant oatmeal.

If they aren't grape or smore's Pop Tarts...God have mercy on your soul.

Avocados and eggs for me. Will probably be the same for the rest of the week.

Sounds gross, probably tastes really nice. Have to check it out sometime.

My breakfast of choice is porridge done over the hob, never the microwave, with either raisins or brown sugar and a cup of coffee.
You haven't truly lived until you've had sausage gravy and biscuits.
