Deadpool also has some third person shooter combat, mixed with Batman style melee. No cover mechanics...well, if there is one I never used it. And while it's a bit of an odd choice, Alice: Madness Returns has some non cover based third person shooter combat too. Actually, that game feels like a mix of Zelda combat and third person shooter gameplay
