To each their own I guess.
Actually, it's kind of neat how everyone gravitates to different tracks.

Glad other people like Skull Man too. I hear a lot of people like Bright man from MM4, so yeah, there are some definite favorites from that game.

Also, there's a few posts about Snake Man's theme, which I always thought was a given that people liked (often see it brought up on other topics like this). It's probably the most fan remixed tune in MM3.
Personally, it took me a while to warm up too, but now I like it as much as any other track in the game.

Really? MM2 Dr. Wily seems to be the most overdone and all, haha. Still love it though and I'll tip my hat to SSH for the best remix to my ears.

MM3's intro is definitely my favorite intro wise. MMX5's is pretty awesome too.

Not a fan of MM7-8, but 7 still has good music. Can't remember 8's at all... 9-10 were good but lack the power of nostalgia.

One dev I'd say that could rival the consistent quality of MM's music would be Technosoft. I definitely think they deserve a lot more love and exposure, pure gold left and right with any of their games. I guess I like to connect the two with how metalized most of their stuff is.

I f-f-f-f-f-f-f-f-fucking love the stage select theme from 8, along with the second credits theme. I actually really like the soundtrack for 8, along with the game in general. It was the first game of the original series that I was ever really able to get anywhere in, though.

I would say Air Man followed by Bubble Man.

If you haven't had a chance then I would recommend listening to the Megas. They add lyrics (and explore the mindset of the Robot Masters) and rock out while doing it.

8 was killer. When I played MM Anniversary Collection on GC last year, I beat MM7 & 8 with 1 life bar each. Astro Man was a bit of a frustrating trip too. But I got to see the G4 channel's look at the MM series as a result of finishing all the games.

We need some love for the "alternate" Shade Man music in MM7.
