I lucked out, I guess. Pre-ordered early on when it was first announced, and finally got a shipping notice a few days ago. If all goes well I'll get mine on Monday. Better late than never, I suppose!

Mine is set to show up Thursday, thankfully.

But, I feel you on this. I've been burned by Digital River before, and I'm pretty sure it's not Namco's fault. When companies use this service ... the entirety of the digital store is ran by Digital River. They even use their own distributors.

As a retailer ... they are atrocious. They do NOT communicate with their customers. They do things without alerting you and they will just change your orders. They do not keep proper track of items they have. And, their software, from what I've seen, is trash. So it's not really surprising that there was a big issue.

I honestly will never use any service again that goes through Digital River. Complain to Namco, Square, and any company you see using them. They are one of the worst online retailers I've ever seen.
