I do smoke a pack a day. Don't really plan to stop. I hate and love my cigarettes as i hate and love myself. I do go to the gym 1 hour every day except Sunday and Saturday and eat pretty decently. Maybe I'll be ok lol. No session of gaming is complete for me without a bottle of jack and a Marlboro Red.

Exercise and proper diet doesn't prevent emphysema. It also doesn't stop you from smelling like an ashtray.

Straight up. I messed up a few of my teeth years back because I was drinking so much soda. It scared me into staying away from the stuff almost completely.

I work at an all-natural supermarket, which has a lot of great stuff, but people really misconstrue what "all natural" means. Ice cream with all natural ingredients has just as much fat and sugar as any other kind of ice cream.

Right now, the hot controversy at work are genetically modified organisms, or GMOs, in food. The U.S. government doesn't require food companies to detail if GMOs are in their products. I'm not going to get into the pros and cons of GMOs, but if you're concerned about them being in your food, buy organic.

Reminds me, a few weeks ago I was in my local organic food store. There was this woman promoting somekind of vla (custard). She asked if I wanted to try it. I said no thank you, no milk stuff for me. "But there's no milk in it", she said. "It's soy". I laughed and said: "that was even worse." She was all confused after that...

Food indoctrination is a bitch...

This is exactly me about 4-5 years ago. Armed with marb reds and a bottle of jack every night glued to the couch.

I still drink more than my share of vodka, but cigarettes disgust me.

Almost every brand of cigarette smoke smells terrible to me. I say almost because the smell of an unfiltered Lucky Strike is like a whiff of heaven to me. I quit smoking, jeez, around a decade ago, but will admit to wanting a Lucky from time to time.

I don't work out, I just walk everywhere I go. Sometimes walk 3-7 miles in a day. I also don't drink soda. Just water, tea, coffee, and beer

I love the smell of cigarettes. I would seriously buy cigarette scented air fresheners to put in my car if i ever quit. Love it. Emphysema can come at me! I'll wear my oxygen tank and smoke...Hopefully the tank explodes and puts me out of my misery. Lucky Strikes are quite the treat. Love them but they are very very hard to find in my area. And weather or not it prevents emphysema, i don't care. It makes me FEEL healthy.....Even if i am destroying my body with the ciggitys...After all i quit.... 20 times a day...lol!
