Thanks JT! I accidentally carved a bit too much around his nose, but other than that he turned out better than I expected. Two and a half hours well spent......... *bangs head*J T wrote:Nice work on the Jack Skellington Michi!

According to my local newspaper, these count as costumes:

Just a few years ago our downtown was recognized as the biggest and best Halloween gathering in all of North Carolina. It was shoulder to shoulder havoc. A ton of girls flashing, maybe a fight or two, but an overall orgy of fun.
Now barely anyone dresses up, college kids stay in bars more than being outside, and simply getting to downtown is a chore and a half. So go the glory days.

The way people celebrate holidays is getting too similar if you ask me. Sit (or stand) around, drink, and party. Could be Christmas, could be July 4th, who knows?Luke wrote:Now barely anyone dresses up, college kids stay in bars more than being outside, and simply getting to downtown is a chore and a half. Yay! More pictures! Thanks for sharing noise.
I was surprised that there were kids that recognized my costume as the Slenderman. I accidently scared the shit out of a couple of them by just walking by and looking out the window as they walked towards the house. They screamed and ran away.
We also gave out free codes for Plants VS Zombies along with the candy, which seemed to be a big hit. Kids were scared of our house, but they left excited and squealing "I got a free video game!"

Your buddy Bruce looks like former Tiger's pitcher Joel Zumaya there.
