I took the disc out of that dreadful US Sega CD case that breaks just by looking at it.
So I was going to store the game in a new case, and later on when I went to do that, like magic....it was gone. No game disc to be found. Nada.
I distinctly remember putting it on a shelf until I got around to swapping the cases later that same day. That was over three months ago.
The cleaning lady that we hire on occasion reckons she didn't see squat.
Still pissed off about that. That damned game cost me good money to get it.

Ouch. I'd be a lot more pissed about losing that one than I am about losing a common game like Rogue Squadron.

The only time i lose games is when foxhound robs me he has a copy of raiden project missing right now and is convinced i am hiding it from him. There was another game he keeps losing in the house crazy thing is i know there are 2 copies running loose in the house as soon as i find them they are gone again. i am missing a superscope though but i am pretty sure it will pop up. I have a few rouge sqaudron if you need one.

I recently lost my copy of Armada for the Dreamcast. I still have the case and manual and everything, but the disc just disappeared. Although I suspect it may have been left in my other Dreamcast when I sold it, but that was quite a while ago...

All of my old computer games are gone. I didn't own my own computer as a kid so I played games on the one my parents owned. Thus, I kept all my games in the family room. Sometime while I was away at college the 'rents must have tossed all my old games (though it wouldn't surprise me if they ended up in one of my father's three toolsheds).

Among the casualties were the Ultima Collection and the Mac version of Lemmings.

And somewhere out there, someone is wondering what happened to their beloved "Gutter Collection"...
