You could try re-calibrating the laser, but yes... some DCs really do not read burnt discs. Like I said, I personally had a JP one that didn't. From what I've heard, although with conflicting reports, there are some later US ones (with the "2") that do not read burnt discs.small502 wrote:Ugh yea i think youre right. Anyway, just keep on the lookout for one with a "0" or "1". They are better built anyway. Sega went cheap on the parts with rev. 2.
