PS2 slim fan has 3 wires. Black, white and red. You only need black and red. Connect black to a ground point on the motherboard, connect red to a +8.5V point on the motherboard. In case you want the fan to blow the other way around, simply switch the ground and voltage connections. White is a fan speed sensor. AFAIK you should just leave that one alone. Just put some tape over the white wire so it doesn't touch anything else on the board...
