What's your instance on ports?

Anything that is gaming related that doesn't fit well anywhere else

Tales of Phantasia GBA is the only US port of the game.

It's actually quite a bit more powerful than a SNES. It's no PlayStation or Saturn though. Probably closer to the Jaguar.

Anyways, I used to care about having the best version, but now I just go for what's convenient. What type of game and the controller used also play a role.

I always go for the best version possible. Nearly all my multi-platform games from last gen are either on oXbox or PC.
