Atari Jaguar or Neo Geo CD?

I would go with a MVS board consolized, more commonly called a CMVS.

The CD games not only have long load times, but animation frames are cut on the fighting games and the like.

But you do get arranged sound on games.

I would easily go with the Neo-Geo CD over the Atari Jaguar with a better gaming library.
